What is Life Investigation?
Life Investigation is VamAstro’s structured consultation engine. You pick a concern pack (wealth, career, family, home, ancestral themes, or felt disturbance), answer a guided questionnaire, and receive a report that correlates symptoms, timeline, practical factors, and chart timing — then explains what fits.
It is deliberately not a scare “black magic detector.” You describe observable experience; the system interprets with elimination first, traditional labels only after that, and external supernatural cause always treated as inconclusive.
Vs Ask the Oracle
Ask the Oracle is conversational — great for open questions and quick chart-aware guidance. Life Investigation is a documented case file: pack → answers → elimination → evidence matrix → multi-score confidence → guidance.
- Use Oracle when you want a dialogue about a decision or theme.
- Use Life Investigation when a pattern keeps repeating and you want a structured inquiry you can revisit.
How the engine works
Every pack shares one pipeline. The questionnaire depth changes; the correlation order does not:
- Concern → symptoms → timeline (sudden vs gradual) → severity
- Pattern, family context, life events, practical factors
- Natal houses / yogas, divisional availability, dasha↔onset, transit overlay
- Conventional explanation → elimination → traditional rules (when opened)
- Evidence matrix → confidence → explanation + guidance
Analyze uses your cached cosmic / natal snapshot — not a fresh horoscope-engine call on the hot path — so reports stay fast and fail closed when chart data is missing.
Confidence & traditional layers
Confidence scores measure interpretation coherence — how well the evidence fits together — not “supernatural probability.”
Conventional and chart-timing explanations come first. Traditional findings (when shown) are labeled interpretive. Prefer practical stabilizers — budget, health, communication, professional support — especially when severity is high. See also our FAQ for the same principles in short form.
Saved reports (7 days)
Completed reports are cached for 7 days. Choosing the same concern again reopens your saved report instead of restarting the questionnaire. Use Reset concerns & re-run when you want a fresh intake.
On web, a finished report can be reopened via

while you are signed in. Reports stay private to your account.
How to start
- Complete birth details in Profile for the richest timing signals.
- Open Life Investigation and choose a concern pack.
